Returns and Refunds
Next Stop: Glowing Beauty, LLC ("NSGB," "We," "Us," "Our") wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, and we take every possible step to make that happen. But if, for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and offer refunds subject to the terms and conditions herein this policy.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
All orders leave our facility in brand new and undamaged or as described on the product listing. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@nextstopglowingbeauty.com with the subject line "Damaged Item" or "Wrong Item," and we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, we will refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us.
However, all claims for damaged items must be made within 15 days from the time of receiving your order. Please reach out to us at hello@nextstopglowingbeauty.com. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it and notify us immediately if there is any damage. If no claim for damage is made within 15 days of delivery, no action will be taken.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT THAT I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?
Domestic returns
30-day Returns
We allow for a 30-day return period for all items on our website (excluding items sold on sale, promotion, bundle, or kits) from when the courier has confirmed delivery to the residence to when a return request has been submitted. Please contact us at hello@nextstopglowingbeauty.com for return inquiries, and if your return request is approved, we will email you with instructions on how and where to send the package, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in brand-new condition. All items must be unopened, unused, in the original bag/box.
- Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
- Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, makeup (foundation, eyeshadow, lipstick, etc.), or other matter are subject to denial.
- Items with piling may be subject to denial.
- Items with excessive wrinkles may be subject to denial.
- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant and food stains) will not be accepted.
- We will only accept returns in the original packaging.
- You will still be responsible for the initial shipping charge and the return shipping fee, except in the case of damaged items.
RETURN STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS
- We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges!
- Domestic return requests are made on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased on nextstopglowingbeauty.com and needs to be unopened/unused, with original packaging and tags.
- A refund will be issued if your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or if a different item is requested.
- Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.
- All returns will be inspected once shipped back to us to verify any reported damage.
- Once your return has been delivered, please allow our team 15-20 business days to inspect and process your return/exchange. In the case your return has not been processed within that timeframe, please email us, and our team will handle your return immediately!
- By adding return items to your return, you are verifying that you have (1) received the items selected to return and (2) intend to return the selected items.
- We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any headbands, scrunchies, wristbands, bodysuits, 2-piece wrap-towel sets, skincare spatula, mugs, planners, water bottles, candles, or socks for hygiene reasons.
- All our items include our NSGB exclusive tags. Please ensure these NSGB exclusive and product tags are attached, or your return will be subject to denial.
- At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping:
- For domestic US customers, Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a return, both the original shipping costs and an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The $8 restocking fee will be waived if the customer is exchanging an item.
- If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, plus an additional $8 restocking fee.
- Any returns that are delivered outside of 30 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. Please contact our support team if your return is delayed unexpectedly.
- If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 4-7 business days. Costs associated with the return of your package will be covered by the customer.
- No returns on final sale items discounted 25% off or more.
- Skincare seals must be fully intact with no signs of opening/tampering.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
Internation orders:
- We currently do not accept international returns or exchanges.
- For defective/damaged items, email our team at hello@nextstopglowingbeauty.com with photos for assistance. May provide refund or replacement.
You understand and agree that return requests that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a refund. Also, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items in case the package is lost in transit. Unless otherwise stated by us, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or for a defective/damaged item replacement.
EXCHANGES
You understand that exchanges can only be made for the exact same product in a different size based on limited availability.
If the requested size is unavailable for exchange, a refund will be provided for the product price, except for shipping fees. In the event that an exchanged item is out of stock, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Approved exchanges waive the $8 restocking fee.
REFUNDS
Following a return request, we will refund you the price paid for the returned order minus a restocking fee of $8 and the shipping cost, subject to the Terms herein. If an ordered item is currently out of stock, you may choose to receive a partial refund for just that item instead of a replacement if you do not want replacement suggestion(s).
The refund will be processed after we have received and examined the return. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order.
Refunds are generally issued within 1-5 business days after the return has been approved and the refund is processed to the original payment method. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, contact your bank or card issuer. If it has been more than 5 business days, please contact us at hello@nextstopglowingbeauty.com, and we will investigate the refund for you.
Please note that we may withhold any refund until the returned items are received. Returns or exchanges are only applicable for items purchased online and must have a proven order number. Next Stop: Glowing Beauty's management will make the final decision to approve the return or exchange, and we will promptly inform you of the decision via email.
Additionally, it is important to be aware that items purchased on sale, gift cards, or with a discount code of 25% or higher are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless they have a manufacturer defect or are damaged upon arrival. Refunds for such items will be managed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the specific circumstances of the return.
STORE CREDIT FOR GIFTS
Items received as gifts are eligible for store credit matching the item value with the order ID or proof of purchase from our website.
Store credit excludes cash refunds but can be used for future purchases. Credit does not expire.
